本文用反相高效液相色谱方法测定体液中利福定的含量。比较了健康家犬与胆瘘术后家犬的药物动力学参数的差异。家犬口服150mg利福定,胆汁平均排泄量为11.8mg。实验表明肠肝循环对药物动力学参数有很大影响。
In this paper, reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of body fluid rifampin content. The differences of pharmacokinetic parameters of healthy dogs and biliary fistula dogs were compared. Dogs oral 150mg rifadin, the average bile excretion of 11.8mg. Experiments show that enterohepatic circulation has a great influence on the pharmacokinetic parameters.
