分析高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头性能,可以提高高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头的使用寿命。将7B50高强铝合金板材作为实验对象,对7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头显微硬度和接头的冲击、拉伸、冲击断口、拉伸断口等方面进行分析。实验分析结果表明:7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头拉伸断口局部呈现韧窝形貌,接头的拉伸断口呈现一定程度的脆性,接头的断裂方式是韧脆混合型断裂;在7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头的热影响区内出现正弯时裂纹,在热机影响区和焊核区的过渡区域出现背弯时裂纹;与母材相比,7B50高强铝合金电弧强化激光焊接接头冲击吸收功有明显提升,冲击断口断裂方式为韧脆混合型断裂,断口形态呈现韧窝形貌与解理面形态,与母材相比,激光焊接接头在热影响区和焊核区塑性断裂特征更加明显,同时焊核区出现软化现象,硬度明显降低。
