针对燃气热电厂燃气燃烧和排烟余热的特点,采用防腐型高效烟气冷凝热回收装置对燃气锅炉房进行了节能改造,建立了模拟电厂排烟余热供热系统,试验研究了燃气热电厂烟气冷凝余热回收利用的节能减排潜力。工程实测表明,在电厂排烟温度为55~103℃的条件下,进入烟气冷凝热回收装置的水温为19~32℃时,烟气温度可降到30~39℃;烟气温度每降低10℃对应的节能率为1.4%~3.2%;单位容量(1t/h)锅炉每天产生0.7~1.2t烟气冷凝水,可资源化再利用;烟气冷凝水的pH值约为2.4,显现强酸性,设备防腐至关重要。在电厂排烟温度低于100℃时,仍有巨大的节能、节水、减排潜力。
Aiming at the characteristics of gas combustion and exhaust heat of waste gas in gas thermal power plant, a retrofit system of high efficiency flue gas condensing heat recovery was adopted to save energy in gas boiler room. A heat recovery system of waste heat from exhaust of simulated power plant was established. Waste heat recovery and utilization of energy-saving emission reduction potential. Engineering measurements show that when the power plant exhaust temperature is 55 ~ 103 ℃, the flue gas temperature can drop to 30 ~ 39 ℃ when the water temperature of the flue gas condensing heat recovery unit is 19 ~ 32 ℃; The energy saving rate corresponding to 10 ℃ is 1.4% ~ 3.2%. The boiler of unit capacity (1t / h) produces 0.7 ~ 1.2t of flue gas condensate every day, which can be reused; the pH of flue gas condensate is about 2.4, Strong acid, anti-corrosion equipment is essential. In the power plant when the exhaust gas temperature is below 100 ℃, there is still huge energy saving, water saving and emission reduction potential.
