本文讨论了厚三碱光电阴极在实用光学纤维面板输入窗象增强管中的制备工艺和有关问题。在15只样管中,光电阴极的平均积分灵敏度为325μA/lm,最低为270μA/lm,最高为440μA/lm。红外响应一般为6mA/W左右(波长为0.99m处),最高可达10.8mA/W。光谱灵敏度峰值分布在0.55~0.65μm处,阈值波长延伸到0.95μm以上。 文中论述了厚三碱光电阴极的结构。在此基础上提出的改进工艺,可使产品一致性和成品率得到提高,并使制备时间大大缩短。
In this paper, the preparation process and related problems of thick triple base photocathode in the input window enhancement tube of practical optical fiber panel are discussed. In 15 tubes, the average integrated sensitivity of the photocathode was 325 μA / lm, with a minimum of 270 μA / lm and a maximum of 440 μA / lm. Infrared response is generally about 6mA / W (wavelength of 0.99m Office), up to 10.8mA / W. The spectral sensitivity peak is located at 0.55 ~ 0.65μm, the threshold wavelength extends to 0.95μm or more. The article discusses the structure of thick ternary photocathode. On the basis of the improved process proposed, the product consistency and yield can be improved, and the preparation time is greatly shortened.
