目的:分析研讨全酸蚀粘结技术与自酸蚀粘结技术的临床效果,并对比讨论结果。方法:为方便回访调查,选择2011年就读哈密中心小学。一年级某班的小学生50例,将其纳入到此研究中,随机选取一侧下颌第一磨牙为窝沟封闭剂组,应用Estiseal.F窝沟封闭剂常规进行窝沟封闭;另一侧为实验组,应用自酸蚀粘接剂处理后进行Estiseal.F窝沟封闭。结果:50名儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭后3、6、12个月复查,回访率100%,第12个月比较统计结果差异有显著性,加用自酸蚀粘结剂组的窝沟封闭剂保留率高。结论:牙釉质及牙本质同时自酸蚀(此方法被多数临床医生采用,主要原因是简单方便)牙釉质全酸蚀后牙本质自酸蚀(目前,这一处理方法被多数人认同和提倡)。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of all-acid-etching bonding technique and self-etching bonding technique, and to discuss the results.
