缺陷接地结构由于其带阻特性而被广泛地应用到射频微波电路中,以改善电路性能.但是其等效电路参数与物理尺寸间没有简单的解析公式,因此只能通过优化来满足设计要求.利用有限元法,结合多元Padé逼近技术,对提取出来的LC参数进行有理逼近.计算结果表明,Padé有理逼近式能很好地逼近有限元法精确提取的参数,因此,该方法可以大大加快应用缺陷接地结构的射频微波电路的设计和优化.
Due to its band-stop characteristic, defective grounding structures are widely used in RF microwave circuits to improve the circuit performance, but there is no simple analytical formula between the equivalent circuit parameters and the physical dimensions, so the design can only meet the design requirements through optimization. Using the finite element method and multivariate Padé approximation technique, the rational approximation of the extracted LC parameters is carried out. The calculation results show that Padé rational approximation can approximate the precise extraction parameters of the finite element method. Therefore, this method can greatly accelerate the application Design and Optimization of RF Microwave Circuits with Defective Grounding Structure.
