空气中镉的测定多年来用双硫腙比色法,该法须用溶剂多次萃取,操作麻烦,给操作者带来很大的不便,镉的原子吸收分光光度法灵敏度高,操作简便,但因仪器昂贵,尚不能普及推广。近年来,有作者介绍用试镉灵一曲拉通X100分光光度法测定污水中的镉,不须溶剂萃取,只在水相中显色,操作简便,方法选择性强。我们试将该法用于空气中镉的测定,对该法的显色条件及影响因素,外加离子的干扰去除等进行了试验,现将结果报告于后。

We try this method for the determination of cadmium in the air, the method of color conditions and influencing factors, plus ion interference removal and other tests were carried out, the results are reported later.
