目的了解平江县食品卫生质量状况。方法按随机抽样原则,对平江县流通领域及生产厂家的粮食及其制品、肉及肉制品、豆制品等649件食品进行了采样检测。结果产品总合格率80.12%。其中,调味品、糕点类、酱腌菜、冷冻饮品、豆制品、植物油、乳和乳制品、粮食及其制品、肉及肉制品合格率分别为97.47%、94.93%、90.91%、84.31%、73.83%、72.00%、71.43%、67.50%、61.90%。不合格项目主要为菌落总数、大肠菌群、铅和砷。结论应重点加强肉及肉制品、粮食及其制品、乳和乳制品的卫生监督管理,防止微生物和铅、砷在食品中的污染。
Objective To understand the quality of food hygiene in Pingjiang County.
