伴随着企业的迅速发展,企业对人才的需求和人才匮乏的矛盾日趋尖锐,在外部引进人才的同时,内部培养人才是企业培养人才最直接、最稳妥的手段,因此如何做好企业后备人才的选拔和培养工作已经成为广大企业的重要战略课题,本文对后备人才选拔和培养的步骤、如何营造后备人才培养环境和选拔培养应注意的问题等几方面进行分析和论证。
With the rapid development of enterprises, the contradiction between the demand for qualified personnel and the shortage of qualified personnel has become increasingly acute. While introducing talents into the outside, the internal training of qualified personnel is the most direct and secure means of training qualified personnel. Therefore, Selection and training has become an important strategic issue for a large number of enterprises. This paper analyzes and verifies the procedures of selection and training of reserve personnel, how to create a reserve personnel training environment and how to select and cultivate problems that should be noticed.
