放射治疗作为肿瘤治疗的三大手段之一,主要的大型医用设备就是医用电子直线加速器,价格昂贵,技术复杂。投入使用之前需要经历审批、环评、控评、验收等多道严格程序。其中机房内空调布局和通风设计,除遵循国家相关环评标准,还应结合特殊的放射防护因素,达到保障公众和工作人员健康的目的。为此,本文结合具体案例,对医用电子直线加速器机房空调及通风设计的相关标准进行合理的分析与研究。
Radiation therapy as one of the three major means of cancer treatment, the main large-scale medical equipment is a medical electron linear accelerator, expensive, technical complexity. Before going into use need to experience approval, environmental assessment, evaluation, acceptance and other multi-channel strict procedures. Among them, the air conditioner layout and ventilation design in the engine room should meet the requirements of relevant national environmental impact assessment standards, and should also be combined with special radiation protection factors to achieve the goal of ensuring public health and staff health. For this reason, this text combines the concrete case, carries on the reasonable analysis and the research to the related standards of medical electron linear accelerator room air conditioning and ventilation design.
