样品经甲醇提取，在硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以石油醚（６０～９０℃）—乙酸乙酯（９．５∶０．５）展开，激发波长λＥＸ＝３１３ｎｍ，线性范围１～８μｇ，平均回收率１０１．３％，ＲＳＤ＝３．２％。
The sample was extracted with methanol, and developed on silica gel G-thin layer plate. It was developed with petroleum ether (60-90°C)-ethyl acetate (9.5:0.5). The excitation wavelength λEX=313 nm, and the linear range was 1-8 μg. The recovery rate was 101.3% and RSD = 3.2%.
