亚欧第二大陆桥进入了一个新的发展时期，即由原来的＂接轨＂、＂贯通＂阶段进入＂全线开通和实际运营＂阶段。在新的时期，陆桥沿线各国及主要辐射国家面临着新任务，迫切需要有关国家进一步加强协作，共同努力，为保证陆桥的长久畅通做出无愧于时代的贡献，把陆桥真正建成紧密连接欧亚两大洲、太平洋和大西洋，促进和平友好、经济、发展、市场繁荣、文化交流的大纽带。
The second continental bridge of Asia and Europe has entered a new period of development, that is, it has entered the stage of “opening up and actual operation of all lines” from the original stage of “convergence” and “penetration.” In the new period, various countries and major radiation-emitting countries along the bridge face new tasks and urgently need the countries concerned to further strengthen their cooperation and work together to make a worthwhile contribution to maintaining the long-term stability of the bridge. The two continents, the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean, are major ties promoting peace and friendship, economy, development, market prosperity and cultural exchanges.
