在加拿大石油行业,油砂犹如一块硕大的蛋糕,格外诱人,即使放眼全球,加拿大油砂也不可小觑。各大国际石油公司纷纷进入加拿大油砂领域,争相要分得一杯羹,以“三大油”为代表的中国油企也不例外。但是,由于进入目的、方式、时机、策略各不一样,成本和代价也迥异,现在的处境也截然不同。尽管从所谓的“长远战略高度”尚无定论,但至少在当前的国际原油价低位运行的大形势下,中国油企在加拿大油砂领域已经陷入了困境。本文拟从以下几个方面进行分析阐述并提出解困建议,以飨读者。
In Canada’s oil industry, oil sands are like a gigantic cake, especially attractive. Even looking globally, Canada’s oil sands can not be underestimated. The major international oil companies have entered the field of oil sands in Canada, competing for a share to “three oil” as the representative of the Chinese oil companies are no exception. However, due to different purposes, methods, timing and strategies, the costs and the costs are different, the current situation is quite different. Although the so-called “long-term strategic height” is not yet conclusive, at least under the general situation of the current low international crude oil prices, Chinese oil companies have already got into trouble in the field of oil sands in Canada. This article intends to analyze and explain the following aspects and propose solutions to the difficulties in order to readers.
