教师校本研究作为促进教师专业发展的举措,在中小学受到越来越多学习的关注。然而,在不同的学校其效果有很大的差异。为此,有必要对教师校本研究本身做些研究。一、教师校本研究中的“教师”中小学教师是学生发展的引领者,这是毫无疑问的,然而,他们同样也是教育教学的研究者,这就常常引起人们的质疑。我们欣喜地看到:随着新课改的深入,教师既是学生发展的引领者,也是教育教学的研究
As a measure to promote teachers ’professional development, teachers’ school-based research is receiving more and more attention in primary and secondary schools. However, their effectiveness varies greatly from school to school. Therefore, it is necessary to do some research on teachers’ school-based research itself.
