The remuneration system is an important management system for the development of Chinese enterprises at this stage. A sound remuneration system can promote the development and progress of enterprises to a certain extent. However, the internal pay system in our state-owned enterprises is not perfect, it is difficult to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the work of talents, bring some negative impact on the development of enterprises.
