采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin,简称MF)微胶囊化处理聚合度为50的聚磷酸铵(Ammonium Polyphosphate,简称APP),并以APP和不同处理时间的微胶囊化APP为填料,通过浆内加填制备阻燃纸,研究微胶囊化处理时间对APP的结构性能及对加填纸张阻燃性的影响。结果表明:经过微胶囊化处理后,APP在水中的溶解度大幅下降,加填纸张的极限氧指数(Limiting Oxygen Index,简称LOI)明显提高。当微胶囊化反应时间为2 h时,能最有效地发挥APP与MF之间的相互作用,最大程度地降低APP的水溶性,提高其在纸张中的留着率,从而提高纸张的阻燃性。
Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) with a degree of polymerization of 50 was microencapsulated with Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin (MF), and the APP and the microencapsulated APP with different treatment time were used as fillers. Flame retardant paper was filled in to study the effect of microencapsulation time on the structural properties of APP and the flame retardancy of filled paper. The results showed that the solubility of APP decreased significantly after microencapsulation, and the Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of paper was obviously increased. When the microencapsulation reaction time is 2 h, the interaction between APP and MF can be exerted most effectively to minimize the water solubility of APP and improve its retention in the paper, so as to improve the flame retardancy of the paper Sex.
