目前我国高职院校由于实训教师技术职称评定、岗位聘任等问题引发了系列问题。这些问题的解决需要结合实际,从发展改革稳定的角度出发,研究论证增设实训教师职称系列、专业系列,并在基本条件、初定条件、申报条件、评审条件等方面采取相应的措施,逐步完善高职院校实训教师职称系列建设的途径。
At present, a series of problems have arisen in vocational colleges in our country as a result of the evaluation of technical titles and appointment of job-seekers. The solution to these problems needs to be based on reality.
