历史应试教育转变为素质教育是当代中国社会新变化的客观需要,是教育规律发展的必然要求。只有深刻认识、准确把握两者的内在区别与联系,对历史应试教育的存在有一种实事求是的评价态度,才有利于中学历史素质教育观念的树立和教育教学实践活动的顺利开展。
The transformation of history examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education is an objective need of new changes in contemporary Chinese society and an inevitable requirement for the development of educational law. Only by deeply understanding and accurately grasping the intrinsic difference and connection between the two can we establish a realistic evaluation attitude towards the existence of history examination-oriented education, which is conducive to the establishment of the concept of historical quality education in secondary schools and the smooth implementation of educational and teaching practices.
