对铁矿粉的高温基础性能进行了测定,并以此为依据,进行了烧结杯优化配矿试验。以垂直烧结速度、转鼓强度和低温还原粉化性能作为评价指标,考察了不同配矿方案的优劣。结果表明:当改变混合料中高温基础性能不同的铁矿粉配比时,会对烧结过程生成液相的数量产生影响,进而影响烧结矿产量和冶金性能。
Based on the determination of the basic properties of high temperature iron ore powder, and based on this, the sintering cup optimization with ore test. Taking vertical sintering speed, drum strength and low temperature reduction and pulverization as evaluation indexes, the advantages and disadvantages of different ore-dressing schemes were investigated. The results show that when the mixture ratio of iron ore with different basic properties at high temperature is changed, the amount of liquid phase in the sintering process will be affected, which will affect the yield and metallurgical properties of sinter.
