通过一台国产XK5032数控铣床主轴系统结构原理的分析,指出噪声大、发热和不能装卸刀具等故障的原因,提出在检修中使用自制的简易拔销器和波形弹簧压缩等工具,总结了数控机床机械故障诊断和维修的一些经验.
Based on the analysis of the structure principle of a domestic XK5032 CNC milling spindle system, the reasons for the noise such as noise, heat generation and unloading tool are pointed out. Some tools such as simple puller and wave spring compression are introduced in the maintenance, Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of some of the experience.
