针对圆柱齿轮和锥齿轮磨削加工后,齿面的磨削烧伤检测问题,提出了基于机械手的磨削烧伤检测系统,提高检测的自动化程度和可靠性。阐述了基于巴克豪森噪声法的烧伤检测原理,结合机械手的运动轨迹规划,对安装在转台上的齿轮进行自动检测,实验结果验证了该方法的可行性,对于齿轮生产中的质量控制有重要意义。
Aimed at the grinding burn detection of the tooth surface after grinding the cylindrical gear and the bevel gear, a grinding burn detection system based on manipulator is proposed to improve the degree of automation and reliability of the detection. The principle of burn detection based on Barkhausen noise method is expounded. Combined with the trajectory planning of manipulator, the gear mounted on turntable is automatically detected. The experimental results verify the feasibility of this method and are important for the quality control in gear production significance.
