一、考核目的建立有效的激励约束机制,客观评价员工工作业绩,发挥绩效考核的导向和激励作用,为员工奖惩、职务(职称)晋升、培训提高等提供依据。二、考核原则(一)公开、公平、公正的原则;(二)工作业绩考核与综合素质考核相结合的原则;(三)分类、分层次考核的原则;(四)绩效考核与奖惩挂钩的原则。三、考核的主要内容员工绩效考核包括可量化年度KPI(关键业绩指标)考核和综合素质评价两个部分。
