目的:建立乌梢蛇的HPCE指纹图谱分析方法,并比较乌梢蛇药材的一致性。方法:未涂层石英毛细管柱(65 cm×50μm,55 cm),在80 mmol·L-1硼砂-0.2 mmol·L-1硼酸(p H 8.8),分离电压18 KV,柱温25℃,检测波长230 nm,压力进样,压力30 mbar,时间3 s。测定10批乌梢蛇药材的HPCE图谱,30 min内完全分离。结果:建立乌梢蛇药材的HPCE指纹图谱,共有7个共有峰,通过与共有模式比较,10批乌梢蛇药材的相似度在0.865~0.987;方法学考察符合要求。结论:10批乌梢蛇药材基本一致;该方法具有良好的精密度和分离效果可作为乌梢蛇药材质量评价的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPCE fingerprinting method for the black snake and to compare the consistency of the black snake herb. METHODS: Uncoated quartz capillary columns (65 cm × 50 μm, 55 cm) were grown in 80 mmol·L-1 borax to 0.2 mmol·L-1 boric acid (p H 8.8) with a separation voltage of 18 KV and a column temperature of 25 ° C. Detection wavelength 230 nm, pressure injection, pressure 30 mbar, time 3 s. The HPCE profiles of 10 batches of Zaoshao snake were determined and completely separated within 30 minutes. Results: There were 7 common peaks in HPCE fingerprinting of the black snake herb. By comparing with the common pattern, the similarity of 10 batches of black snake herb was between 0.865 and 0.987. The methodological study met the requirements. CONCLUSION: Ten batches of Sinisteria serrata are basically the same. The method has good precision and separation effect and can be used as an effective method to evaluate the quality of Sinodata snake snake.
