目的识别、分析某化工公司增资建设乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯项目产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策及管理措施。方法通过类比现场的职业卫生调查、检测,收集数据和资料、综合分析等方法进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有环氧乙烷、丁醇、醋酸、苯以及噪声,类比检测的甲醇、醋酸、苯的短时间接触浓度分别为1.9~39.3、<0.1~0.2、<0.1~8.7 mg/m3,时间加权平均浓度分别为1.4~8.0、<0.1、0.3~3.2mg/m3,环氧丙烷的时间加权平均浓度为<0.1~0.6 mg/m3,个人噪声检测结果为60.5~85.9 dB(A),均低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目产生的职业病危害是可预防的,该项目在职业卫生角度上分析是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards caused by the capital increase of a chemical company in the project of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate and discuss the countermeasures and management measures. Methods Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards was conducted by means of occupational health investigation, testing, data collection and data collection, comprehensive analysis and other methods. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases in the project were ethylene oxide, butanol, acetic acid, benzene and noise. The short-term exposure concentrations of methanol, acetic acid and benzene were 1.9 ~ 39.3, <0.1 ~ 0.2, 8.7 mg / m3, time-weighted average concentrations were 1.4 ~ 8.0, <0.1,0.3 ~ 3.2mg / m3, propylene oxide time weighted average concentration of <0.1 ~ 0.6 mg / m3, personal noise test results of 60.5 ~ 85.9 dB (A), are lower than the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The occupational hazards posed by this project are preventable and the project is feasible from an occupational health perspective.
