改革开放20多年来,福建省闽西地区经济社会发展取得了很大成就,但总体上看闽西农村的小康社会水平仍比较低。农村劳动力整体素质不高是制约闽西地区经济社会发展的主要障碍。文章认为,以促进人的全面发展为中心,以加快经济社会的全面发展为保证,这是闽西农村地区实现全面建设小康社会和人的全面发展目标的必然选择。 Over the past 20 years since the reform and opening up, the economic and social development in western Fujian has made great achievements. However, on the whole, the well-to-do society in the rural areas of western Fujian is still relatively low. The low overall quality of the rural labor force is the main obstacle to the economic and social development in western Fujian. The article holds that in order to promote the all-round development of the people as the center and to accelerate the all-round economic and social development as the guarantee, this is the inevitable choice for realizing the goal of comprehensively building a well-to-do society and man’s all-round development in the rural areas of western Fujian.
