本文提出建立适应经济周期变化的权变绩效管理系统,以便在经济危机和萧条时期,引导更多的资源用于企业能力建设;在复苏和繁荣时期,引导最多的资源创造收入和利润,从而实现企业价值最大化。
This paper proposes to establish contingency performance management system to adapt to changes in the economic cycle in order to guide more resources for enterprise capacity building during the economic crisis and depression; to guide the most resources in the recovery and prosperity period to create revenue and profits so as to realize the enterprise value maximize.
