目的对紫萁科植物紫萁(Osmunda japonica Thunb.)干燥营养叶的化学成分进行研究。方法以体积分数95%乙醇对紫萁干燥营养叶进行提取,对乙酸乙酯部位采用各种柱色谱进行分离,通过NMR和MS等波谱学数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物的结构:(+)-去氢催吐萝芙木醇(1)、对羟基苄叉丙酮(2)、3’,4’-二羟基苄叉丙酮(3)、原儿茶醛(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、15-二十九酮(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论化合物1、2、4、6、7为首次从紫萁属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of dried leaves of Osmunda japonica Thunb. Methods The dried leaves of Aster were extracted with 95% ethanol. The ethyl acetate fraction was separated by various column chromatographies. The structures were identified by NMR and MS. Results The structures of eight compounds were isolated and identified: (+) - dehydrogenation and euphausylol (1), p-hydroxybenzylideneacetone (2), 3 ’, 4’-dihydroxybenzylideneacetone Catechin (4), protocatechuic acid (5), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (6), 15-icosanone (7), and β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 were isolated from the genus Asclepias for the first time.
