企业社会责任是一个充满争议的话题,古典经济学反对企业履行社会责任,现代经济学家则认为社会责任与企业的经济性并不矛盾。本文梳理经济学家关于企业社会责任的各种观点,认为古典经济学家反对社会责任的理由并不成立,在此基础上,本文给出企业社会责任整体概念的界定,并认为企业应该履行社会责任。 Corporate social responsibility is a topic of controversy. Classical economics opposes enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. Modern economists believe that social responsibility is not in contradiction with the economic performance of companies. This paper sorts out various viewpoints of economists on corporate social responsibility, and argues that the reasons why classical economists oppose social responsibility are not established. On this basis, this paper defines the overall concept of corporate social responsibility and believes that companies should fulfill their social responsibilities. .
