我台两部DX——200发射机和两部DX——50发射机是风冷式全固态发射机,日常工作中经常出现“风量衰减”或“风流量故障”的冷却故障现象,“风量衰减”即风速不够了,后果是立即降功率运行;“风流量故障”即温度过高了,后果是立即关机,造成停播。过高的温度对元器件的影响主要是降低使用寿命和烧毁,致使发射机无法正常工作。所以DX系列发射机上在不同部位安装了很多温度检测的电路板,用以监测发射机各个部位的温度。而我台发射机上不仅采用了风机直接给元器件降温的最有效手段,还采用了商用空调制冷的办法来给发射机降温,达到了很好的效果,目的就是将元器件的温度降低到实际可以达到的最低水平,就是为了使发射机能够更安全、更可靠性的运行。下面就发生冷却故障的原因及处理方法和工作中采取的措施加以浅析,与大家共勉。
