强夯机臂架的晃动量为臂架自身晃动量与履带、车架、转台等部分转动引起的臂架位移值的叠加。以强夯机臂架及整机晃动量为研究对象,借助位移传感器等测量仪器,通过试验手段获得3种工作幅度下履带、车架、转台、臂架等部件的位移值,并分析其数据规律。数据表明提升相同重量夯锤条件下,臂架整体晃动量随工作幅度增大而增大,但履带及转台引起的臂架晃动量随幅度的增大而减小。
