情境学习理论认为,学习受到具体情境的影响,情境与个体之间的交互作用构成了学习。本文借鉴情境学习理论,通过加强保险代理人培训中教师、学员、情境之间的互动;为学员提供更多的学习资源;促进学员在培训过程中的反思与交流;为学员提供整体性的评价,实现在情境化的教学环境中培养保险代理人的各项工作能力,从而最大程度地保证保险代理人能够在实际工作中运用所学到的知识。
Situational learning theory holds that learning is influenced by specific situations and interactions between situations and individuals constitute learning. In this paper, learning from the context of learning theory, through the strengthening of insurance agents in the training of teachers, students, the interaction between the situation; to provide more learning resources for trainees; to promote students in the training process of reflection and exchange; for trainees to provide a holistic evaluation So as to cultivate various working capacities of insurance agents in a contextualized teaching environment so as to ensure that insurance agents can use the knowledge they have learned in practical work to the greatest extent.
