本文通过从现场采集的24小时连铸生产的结晶器液面波动和拉速波动数据,绘制了结晶器液面即时位置和液面波动随时间的变化曲线,拉速波动曲线,用薄铁片测量了结晶器液渣层的厚度和形状。对比分析了结晶器液面即时位置与液面波动,以及即时拉速和拉速波动的关系,结晶器液面波动等于液面即时位置减去液面平均位置,拉速波动等于即时拉速减去平均拉速,讨论了拉速波动对结晶器液面波动的影响。研究结果表明:结晶器液面波动随拉速的增加或降低而变剧烈,拉速变化在一定程度上影响了结晶器液面波动,但不是惟一的影响因素。
In this paper, the instantaneous position and liquid level fluctuation of the mold surface with time are plotted from the liquid level fluctuation and pull rate fluctuation data of the crystallizer produced in the 24-hour continuous casting collected in the field. The pull speed fluctuation curve is plotted with a thin iron sheet The thickness and shape of the crystallizer slag layer were measured. The instantaneous position and liquid level fluctuation of the mold surface and the relationship between the instantaneous pull speed and pull speed fluctuation were compared and analyzed. The fluctuation of liquid level in the mold was equal to the instantaneous position of liquid level minus the average liquid level position. The average pulling speed was discussed. The effect of pull speed fluctuation on the mold liquid level fluctuation was discussed. The results show that the fluctuation of the liquid level of the mold becomes fierce with the increase or decrease of the casting speed. The change of casting speed affects the liquid level fluctuation of the mold to a certain degree, but it is not the only factor.
