现代学徒制的精髓是“工匠精神”。高职院校应以推进现代学徒制人才培养模式改革为突破口,校企“双主体”协同育人,厚植“工匠精神”成长土壤;校企“双导师”合作育人,强化“工匠精神”师徒身份认同;校企“双过程”全程育人,构建“工匠精神”培育轨道;同时建议从国家层面建立企业培训师制度,从法律上赋予学生双重地位的法律身份等方面完善现代学徒制,营造良好“工匠精神”培育和传承的生态环境。
