On May 13， 2013， Ms. Gulixian Tulahong， head of Xinjiang Publishing Delegation and Director of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau delivered a speech titled “Welcome to Beautiful Xinjiang” at Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale in America. Meanwhile， the English version of China · Xinjiang Series （30 volumes） jointly published by Xinjiang Art Photography Press， Xinjiang Electronic Audio and Video Press， New York Commercial Affairs and International Writers’ Press was unveiled at the hotel. It’s said that the series containing 150 titles covering the history， culture， folk customs， arts， geography， landscape， and social & economic development of Xinjiang will be published in 5 years successively. At the launching ceremony， Mr. Yu Wensheng， head of Xinjiang Art Photography Press and Xinjiang Electronic Audio and Mr. Jiang Weimin （pen name： Bing Ling）， President of New York Commercial Affairs and Editor-in-chief of International Writers’ Press signed the agreement of jointly publishing the English version of Part II （30 volumes） of the series.
