通过对职业学校男生班和女生班班级管理情况的调查分析,全面反映了学生的实际情况。针对男生班和女生班面对的不同问题进行思考,并提出自己在实践中的一些经验。利用分析法和列举法,分析男生班和女生班学生存在的问题及其应对措施。如果说普高教育是素质教育,那么职业教育则是素养教育。详细地分析了当前职业学校学生的状况和班主任针对男生班与女生班不同的管理策略,以现代学习心理学理论为指导,对这些问题进行了初步的思考。 Through the investigation and analysis of the class management of male and female students in vocational schools, the actual situation of students is fully reflected. Think about the different issues that boys and girls face, and put forward some experiences in their own practice. Analyze the problems existing in boys and girls’ classes and their countermeasures by means of analysis and enumeration. If Pogo education is quality education, then vocational education is literacy education. This paper analyzes in detail the current situation of students in vocational schools and the teacher’s different management strategies for boys and girls. Based on the theory of modern learning psychology, this article makes a preliminary consideration of these problems.
