我厂生产钨粉用的四管还原炉是50年代的产品,性能落后,维修量大,必须进行技术改造。 一、采用新材料改造炉管和舟皿 还原炉中装金属氧化物用的舟皿是还原钨粉的必用工具。原设计炉管和舟皿材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti,存在以下问题:①在700~950℃的工况下运行,短时间内即起氧化皮,逐层脱落,炉管外部的氧化皮掉在电热元件上,沉积到一定厚度,造成电热元件短路、烧毁并烧坏炉管,炉管内壁和舟皿的氧化皮掉入粉末中造成粉末杂质含量增加。②由于炉管氧化,厚度减薄,加上炉管三段温度不同,受热不均,使炉管严重弯曲、变形不能使用。③焊缝裂纹故障多,炉管在高温通氢的工况下,奥氏体不锈钢晶粒长大,晶间腐蚀,造成焊缝开裂、漏氢,被迫停炉,一台炉一个月内要停炉5~6次。
