本文用MPV-2型显微分光光度计,对100只五个年龄组健康大鼠的鼻咽上皮的G6PDH产生的NADPH在第Ⅰ和Ⅱ途径代谢进行了原位定量组织化学研究,绘制了此二途径的发育线图。并用电镜细胞化学方法在13只成年大鼠观察了G6DH的亚细胞分布规律。文中对第Ⅰ和Ⅱ途径的代谢特点和功能意义进行了讨论。
