赏识教育在小学班级管理中起到了较为重要的作用。但赏识教育在实际使用中,还是存在赏识方法单一、赏识缺少认同感等问题。为此,提出赏识方法多样化与改善师生关系两种方法,望得到的方法能够帮助更多的班主任提升班级管理质量。
Appreciation education plays a more important role in the management of primary school classes. However, in practical use of appreciation education, there is still a single method of appreciation, appreciation and lack of identity and other issues. To this end, we propose two ways to diversify appreciation methods and improve the relationship between teachers and students. We hope that more methods can help more class teachers improve the quality of class management.
