Since the reform and opening up, China’s industrialization has entered a path of rapid development. After more than 30 years of development, China has become the largest manufacturing power in the world. However, embarrassing to the art world is the fact that the decay of industrial themes in Chinese painting is an indisputable fact. Among these are the limitations of the times in the aesthetic choices, the fact that the traditional Chinese painting language system is at a loss in dealing with industrial themes. In the face of the glorious achievements of the great industrial age, the absence of Chinese painting in industrial themes is cause for concern.
