“听”是一切语言认知活动的基础,在语言学习中它对说、读、写、译能力的发展起到了举足轻重的作用。在大学英语教学过程中,如何提高学生英语听力理解能力成为了英语教师的重要任务之一。为此,从学习策略的角度,从元认知策略、认知策略和社会情感策略三个方面试图探讨适合中国学生学习英语的有效途径,从而提高英语听力理解能力。
“Listening ” is the basis of all cognitive activities in language. It plays a decisive role in the development of speaking, reading, writing and translating ability in language learning. In the process of college English teaching, how to improve students’ English listening comprehension has become one of the important tasks for English teachers. Therefore, from the perspective of learning strategies, this paper attempts to explore effective ways for Chinese students to learn English from three aspects of metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies and social affective strategies, so as to improve their listening comprehension.
