西气东输工程启动以来,全体参战人员克服困难,奋力拼搏,取得了重大的阶段性成果。截至日前,靖边至上海段1485公里管道主体焊接完成,站场已经全面开工,焊接一次合格率达到98％,建设速度、工程质量在我国管道建设史上创出了新的水平;与45家天然气用户签订了供用气意向书,2007年市场意向用气量达到166亿立方米;中外双方签署了西气东输项目合营框架协议。

As of today, 1485 km of Jingbian to Shanghai pipeline main body welding is completed, the site has been fully started, a welding pass rate of 98%, the speed of construction, project quality in the history of pipeline construction in China hit a new level; and 45 natural gas The user signed a letter of intent for gas, in 2007 the market intention of gas consumption reached 16.6 billion cubic meters; both China and foreign countries signed a joint venture gas project framework agreement.
