本文应用麻醉猫通过股静脉恒速注射的给药方法观察到:氢化考的松可以明显地升高肺动脉收缩压、肺动脉舒张压;可明显地降低股动脉收缩压、股动脉舒张压。静脉注射哌唑嗪可明显地降低股动脉压和肺动脉压,并且可以对抗氢化考的松升高肺动脉压和降低股动脉压的效应。
In this paper, anesthesia cats through the femoral vein constant injection method was observed: hydrogenated cortisone can significantly increase pulmonary artery systolic pressure, pulmonary artery diastolic pressure; can significantly reduce femoral systolic pressure, femoral artery diastolic pressure. Intravenous prazosin significantly reduced femoral and pulmonary arterial pressure, and can resist the effect of hydrocortisone on increasing pulmonary arterial pressure and femoral arterial pressure.
