朋友提到这样一件事,说他同事新近辞职开了家公司,想借他的钱周转,他想不出借还是不借。他颇为难地说,说没有吧,心不诚,说不借吧,不仁义。现在商道上不守信者很多,万一他借钱不还怎么办,或者生意赔了想还没钱还怎么办。即便提出签个合约,利息担保之类事也不好说出口,那样显得太生分,借了钱反而不落好。传统道德要求他乐于助人、为朋友两肋插刀,但这道德如今需让他冒牺牲自己利益的风险,于是他犹豫了,在道德和利益之间产生了心理矛盾。我们生活在一个以拥有东方道德而闻名于世的国度,有成套成套的道德规范和法则,在市场经济的大潮中,有些正在受到挑战,有些正在发生转变。譬如“谦虚”、“谦让”是我们奉行的至美道德,但过分地谦虚、谦让,又与公正竞争的现代法则相抵牾。一位比较文化学者曾说,在西方,在工作汇报、职位竞争时,大家都尽可能地将自己的工
