引言压制液体状、碎浆状或固态铸造金属是金属成形的一种方法。该方法是将两种众所周知而广泛应用的铸造和锻造(冲压或挤压)工艺结合起来。这种方法归属于金属成形法是因为产品的最终成形和机械性能是靠金属成形获得的。目前这种方法分为三种工艺过程。 1、熔融状态金属的压制或挤压其工艺过程是将熔融的金属充填模具型腔,随后在单动或双动液压机上加压或挤压液态金属,直到金属呈固态并降到所需温度。
Introduction Compression of liquid, pulverized or solid cast metal is a method of metal forming. The method is to combine two well-known and widely used casting and forging (stamping or extrusion) processes. This method is attributed to the metal forming method because the final shape of the product and the mechanical properties are obtained by metal forming. At present, this method is divided into three processes. 1, molten metal pressing or extrusion process is the process of filling the molten metal mold cavity, followed by single or double acting hydraulic press the liquid metal pressure or extrusion, until the metal is solid and down to the desired temperature .
