一、组织学习行为根据6P-1B组织学习过程模型,组织学习行为包括7个过程:发现、发明、选择、执行、推广、反馈和保存知识。“发现”就是发现组织、团体和个人的各种问题,能捕捉到与组织和团体休戚相关的信号。这要求组织成员持续的检查现状,而不认为现状是不变的或无法改变的。
I. Organizational Learning Behavior According to 6P-1B organizational learning process model, organizational learning behavior consists of seven processes: discovering, inventing, selecting, executing, promoting, feedbacking and preserving knowledge. “Discovering” is about discovering the problems of organizations, groups and individuals and capturing the signal of solidarity with organizations and groups. This requires members of the organization to continuously review the status quo, without regard to the status quo as unchanging or unchangeable.
