用放射免疫法检测支气管上皮细胞(BEC)和肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)血管活性肠肽(VIP)的分泌,放射配基法测定BEC的VIP受体(VIPR)表达,观察表皮生长因子(EGF)的调控效应。结果示:①电镜下,BEC细胞内有神经肽分泌颗粒特征,BEC及AM均有VIP基础分泌;②EGF呈剂量依赖性促进BEC的VIP分泌,并促进AM分泌VIP;③EGF呈剂量依赖性上调BEC的VIPR表达。提示气道上皮存在VIP的自分泌或旁分泌,其保护效应受局部生长因子的调控。
The secretion of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in bronchial epithelial cells (BEC) and alveolar macrophages (AM) was detected by radioimmunoassay.
