目的探讨高速涡轮钻法拔除埋伏阻生牙的方法及临床效果。方法选择132例阻生齿的患者,分别采用两种方法拔除,排除拔牙禁忌症。治疗组(89例)利用微创拔牙器械,采用高速涡轮钻法拔除埋伏阻生牙,对照组(42例)用传统拔牙方法拔出阻生牙。记录拔牙时间,观察患者术中不适情况及术中、术后并发症。结果治疗组拔牙时间为8~42(18.7±2.3)min,对照组拔牙时间为35~90(48.6±2.5)min;治疗组术后出现肿胀、出血、疼痛难忍及张口受阻的分别为7例、3例、2例,2例。不良反应率为15.7%,而对照组不良反应率为32.8%,两者差异显著。结论高速涡轮钻拔除术中高速涡轮钻转速快,能明显缩短手术时间,减少拔牙创口的损伤、减少术后并发症,比传统方法更安全、简便。
Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of high-speed turbodrill extraction of impacted impacted teeth. Methods 132 cases of patients with impacted teeth were selected by two methods were removed, excluding tooth extraction contraindications. In the treatment group (89 cases), the impacted teeth were removed by high-speed turbine drilling using minimally invasive extraction and the impacted teeth were removed in the control group (42 cases). Record extraction time, observation of patients with intraoperative discomfort and intraoperative and postoperative complications. Results The tooth extraction time was 8 ~ 42 (18.7 ± 2.3) min in the treatment group and 35 ~ 90 (48.6 ± 2.5) min in the control group. The swelling, bleeding, pain and mouth opening of the treatment group were 7 Cases, 3 cases, 2 cases, 2 cases. Adverse reaction rate was 15.7%, while the control group, the adverse reaction rate was 32.8%, the difference was significant. Conclusions High-speed turbine drilling during high-speed drilling and drilling removes the high-speed turbine drill, which can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the damage of the extraction tooth and reduce the postoperative complications, which is safer and more convenient than the traditional method.
