无锡市第一副食品商店近两年来,围绕理顺营业员与顾客间的关系,进行了比较系统的商业道德教育,使营业员与顾客之间初步建立了一个平等、和谐、互敬的新型关系。商店的经营水平和经济效益继续提高。连续荣获市最佳商店、省文明单位等55项荣誉称号。他们的做法主要有: 一、就事论理,自我教育。在上大课开展教育的同时,采取多种形式启发大家,就事论理,让社会主义商业道德在头脑里扎根。
In the past two years, the first non-staple food store in Wuxi City has rationalized the relationship between salespersons and customers and conducted a comparatively systematic education on business ethics. This has enabled the salesperson and the customer to initially establish a new relationship of equality, harmony, and mutual respect. The operating level and economic efficiency of the store continue to increase. It has continuously won 55 honorary titles such as the best store in the city and provincial civilized unit. Their main methods are: First, to reason, self-education.
