伴随着知识经济的到来,越来越多的企业开始重视对于员工的培训和管理。企业在面对的市场竞争的时候,如何能够更好的提升自身的管理水平,发挥企业员工的积极性已经成为了社会关注的热点。目前管理经验丰富的优良企业,都是在人力资源方便保持着优势的企业,他们对于员工往往能够的绩效考核往往能够做到全面和客观。笔者结合实践,就人力资源的绩效考核方面开展了研究,以期能够更好的促进企业健康发展。
With the advent of knowledge economy, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the training and management of employees. In the face of market competition, how to better enhance their management level and make full use of the enthusiasm of their employees have become the focus of the society. At present, the excellent and experienced management companies are all enterprises that have advantages in human resources convenience. Their performance appraisal of employees can often be comprehensive and objective. The author combines the practice of human resources performance appraisal conducted a study in order to better promote the healthy development of enterprises.
