随着货运市场竞争加剧,铁路货运价格市场化进程明显加快。目前,铁路货物运价由政府定价改为政府指导定价,并建立了运价上下浮动机制,为铁路运输企业应对市场变化灵活定价营造了良好的政策空间,但目前尚没有形成一套科学、细致的定价方法。本文基于收益管理的思想,针对竞争市场中铁路大宗货物运输的定价问题进行了研究,构建了定价模型,并用算例证明了模型的有效性。在此基础上,为我国铁路大宗货物运输价格改革提供了相关建议。
With the intensification of competition in the freight transportation market, the marketization of railway freight transportation has obviously accelerated. At present, the price of railway freight has been changed from the government’s price to the government’s guide price, and the floating tariff mechanism has been established. This has created a good policy space for the railway transport enterprises to flexibly adjust the market changes. However, there is not yet a set of scientific and meticulous Pricing method. Based on the idea of revenue management, this paper studies the pricing of railway bulk cargoes in competitive markets, constructs a pricing model, and illustrates the effectiveness of the model with examples. On this basis, it provides relevant suggestions for the price reform of China’s railway bulk cargo transportation.
